Default Windshield Help Please

I am looking into a new wind shield for the street glide. I am up in the air between the clearview 6" with a recurve or a 6" windvest shield with the curve on the top. Looking for some input as to which is the better of the two. Thanks

I can not speak about the other brand but I have nothing but good to say about the clearview.

I am 5'10".....riding on a stock seat. I debated over the height a bit and
decided to buy a locally available "Slip stream" shield @ 10". It was available
in 9" also, but ewhen the sales lady held each, one at a time, up to my bike I chose
the 10".
I have no 'real' experience with 'recurve'....but I rode a Goldwing with a similar windshield
(Windbender) and found that if you have to look through the 'curve'....the optics
were weird/screwed-up.

That is my little take on it.

Just put the 6 1/2" Clearview on mine. Don't know anything about the other one. I can highly recommend the Clearview. Order a blem and you'll have it in a few days.

I have been riding with a fastaire 10" and like it .. but wanted something a bit smaller.. Just pulled the trigger on an 8" recurve from Clearview. $114.00 shipped.

Didn't have a blem I thought I could live with..

I just installed a 9.5 clearview with the recurve about a month ago. Replaced a 8" fast air, I am 6.1" and this shield directs the wind from hitting me square in the forehead to up and around with very little wind buffeting. I also have the fork mounted wind baffle as well. This little thing makes a big differance.
