HogPro came through and my 21" RC Royalle arrived today and I got it installed durning lunch and just got back from a short but sweet ride. Personally, I can't tell much differance in ride at all but the handling improved. The bike is more responsive at both low and high speed. There is a nice little set of twistys on the road the shop is on and it was a lot of fun. It did raise the front of the bike a little but it actually feels good sitting on it at the new angle. If your on the fence about getting a 21" I would say go for it, I know I really like mine and it gives the bike the look I was after. I didn't have to do any modifications to the fender, she bolted right on with no clearance issues, guess I am one of the lucky ones.
Just an FYI, the issue with the front tire rubbing is at higher speeds, not at lower speeds. (Metzlers can grow a little) Mine worked great when I first installed it, then I took it out on the eway and ran it up to 90mph, took it home and pulled the front fender, it was just starting to rub. If left alone it would eventually burn the paint on the top side. Just an FYI to look out for, I would hate to see anyone have to repaint a fender. If you already did this, or used a 1/4-20 nut taped to the tire, even better you can ride with comfort knowing that you you don't have to worry about it.
When I got mine, I couldn't get the grin off my face. Enjoy the new chrome!

Good information and thanks for sharing. I did ride it on the way home and only got up to 75 on the hwy but I did tape a 1/4" thick nut to the tire and rolled it and no contact. That new rim really makes the front end POP...I LOVE IT!
