Monday I picked up my 08 Road King from Johnson Engine Technologies in Westerly, R.I
As soon as I got on the bike it just wanted to go! the engine is everything all the members said it would be, if you are considering a build , don't wait another minute! this bike hauls *** and no matter what gear I'm in it goes as fast as I twist the trottle! I'm used to HP in all my cars and Truck and this bike is truly amazing the differance between stock and now! I had a S&S crank, cams , pistons ect and a Rinehart True Dual Headers and the numbers dynoed show 109RWHP and 126 RWTRQ. Theswe #s don't mean nothing. This engine is great. tHOUGHT i'D UPDATE.
Welcome to the 100+ and Big Inch club. Builds like that are lot's of fun and go over great when you need to pull out the neighbors tree stump in front of a live audience. Enjoy and keep the rubber side down...and smokin!
