Currently riding a 06 Kawasaki 1600 Nomad
I enjoy taking trips, that is why i want the Ultra along with 100 other reasons
I am too young for a Goldwing and the Yamaha Venture and Vision are not my style
I agree TexasRedneck, I am ready I just wanted some input from the group
I pulled the trigger in May of 06. Bought an 06 Ultra, If I waited another month I could have had a 96/6 speed ........ I got perfect 20/20 hindsight. Sometimes getting in a hurry is not a good thing. IMO
Maybe wait for the 09s so you can get a little better deal on the 08???? I don't think you will see a lot of changes for the 09s. If you find the bike you want, grab it. Then spend your time riding and stay off this forum. This place will cost you big buckaroos...
Like someone here is gonna tell you to wait! Save the money and just buy some HD T-Shirts and park around back of the Biker Bar. No one will know the diff! j/k Just buy and enjoy!
You guys crack me up
"shut up and buy the damn thing"
this is great, so when someone asks, "why did you buy that"
I can say "they made me do it"
Iam leaning towards the 08. I have a good price on it now and even if I wait, yes it may go down a little more but my trade will go down even more, so doing it now makes the most $$ sense.
