i know its a dumb question but how do i make a picture smaller so i can up load it . ( man i know im asking for it)

I just started a photobucket acct and I added a link from whatI thought was one picture and it posted the album of 6 or seven pictures. I don't know much about it but managed to navigate and get this done if its any help to you. I guess you could post the actual picture instead of the link but I don't know how as of yet.

I use "paint" program. Right click a picture to resize and open in paint. Then click the image tab, choose stretch/skew (or Ctrl W). Now for normal pictures taken with a camera, I normally just cut the size in half, so change horizontal and vertical from 100 to 50 %, save the picture and it should be about right. You can try different %'s but just be shure to change them both the same amount. Maybe easier ways, but that's how I do it.
