Sorry this may sound like a dumb question......but did you check your "Deleted" bin/folder? It may still be in there. Just trying to help.

 

If you click the start button on the computer, then the search function. In the search for files and folders type in dbx. Make sure the look in drive C is selected for the look in option. When the file is shown open it and scroll through the mumbo jumbo until the email appears with the address.

I tried the search function. It was an email from my local provider No matter what I've tried it doesn't work.

 

So, you have no deleted dbx file?

That is correct. I have searched every file I have and there is no dbx file.
