What's up ladies and gents? Anyone heard about the loss of a fellow HD Tourer due to his '08 throttle accelerating unexpectantly in a curve[&o]. My Dad was telling me about it so I searched and found some info on other forums about this. My other question is, has anyone out there experienced any issue with this? I ride an '08 Streetglide and knock on wood I have not had an issue so far.

9400 miles on DBW. If yer scared of DBW just remember there is a kill switch on the right hand side of the handle bar. It was put there for yer emergency or whatever. It will kill the motorcycle immediately. And even if it didn't work you can still pull the clutch in.
