Is it much different than version 4? I'm scheduled into Jerry's class in Port Richey next month before I head to DC, Rollin Thunder and then to Deals Gap, Tail of the Dragon. If it's anything like Version 4 then you'll have fun and improve your skills. I believe the whole key is keep practicing. I ride 20K plus every year and I find time to practice and take classess. With those crazy cagers out there we need every edge we can get. Reacting saves lives.

I'm glad you invested in his DVD and I really hope you practice the skills he teaches.

Bob

I had the same experience...thought I was a pretty competent rider after all these years (40+), but there's a whole level of expertise I wasn't even aware of until I bought the first Ride Like A Pro video some years ago. Just bought the latest DVD a month ago, and it's worth more than it costs by far. Every HD owner should watch it and at least learn the slow speed techniques. It's positively painful to watch someone drive up on a badass looking Harley and then paddle it around the parking lot like they're a duck...

I have the DVD and I practice .... but I'm not up to the DVD's skill level yet. I'm much more comfortable handling my bike already and very aware of where I'm looking when I ride. I definitely qualify as one of those riders who have repeated 1 years experience for a looooong time. I recommend this DVD for everyone who rides.

+1 for Motorman and His crew. Great riding tips and information. I think this should be the MSF course for advanced riders.

i took the ride like a pro west coast training at a college near lax the class was 5 hours long
and the lessons got harder each time it was just like the video but fun the instructor mark
was highly skilled and confident he demonstrated each lesson i did not complete every one
but that was ok i learned a lot. i dropped my bike once but that was ok no one was hurt mark
taught us how to step off the bike when it drops and how to pick up the bike i left there with
more confidence u turns are no problems anymore this was a great class and everyone should
take one or buy the video and practice

the videos are great but I went through a set of rear brake pads practicing all those slow moves. I would not try all those same moves on my Ultra because I would not chance dropping the bike.

But I still practice going slow and making tight U turns. But I am not going to try spinning the Ultra around in 18 ft circles while scraping the floorboards.

If it was an old bike or my bros sure, but not with my new one. It is too easy to lay it down. Just ask the Leo's who do this in the contests.

what a great dvd ..its great to practice in a school yard or anything like that.to me making turns with out walking the bike like you have a load in your pants is the greatest feeling.also i slid on some leaves at a very low speed but i was able to step off the bike and not get hurt.i m still attemping to lift the bike up when its down but i will get it.in washing dc last year i saw a motor officer make a turn with a roadking that most people could only do with a very small bike it looked like the bike just flipped around...great video

Hands down the best instruction series EVER! It willmake anybody a better rider. I had thought it was impossible to clear the DMV cone course on a bagger, it can be done and these videos taught me how. Incredible experience by the way.
Great videos for thelady rider starting out too, they see those little ladies handling those big bikes.
Ride safe ... "shiny side up!"
