150 Dunlop squeezed into the back of my '04 just fine. I don't recall any noticable difference in handling, but it looks a lot better than the pencil thin and wimpy 130.

go from a 130 back tire to a 142 $35.95us

I have a 2003 Ultra and I do like the idea of 35% longer life at the rear tire!
But, was wondering what the rear sprocket spacer does to the trail and track of the rear wheel.
Are you running Dunlop tires?
Does it put the rear wheel off center?
Is there an equal spacer for the right side of the wheel?
I went to the site you gave aboveand was fowarded to Drag Specialties.
DS has several spacers of different thicknesses.
How thick is the Pingel spacer that is required for the 2003 Ultra?
130 to 140 is a difference of 10 mm. I did it on my 02 EG the only problem was it rubbed on the final drive belt cover, I took the cover off (its made of plastic) and cut a notch in it.
I have the 140 on the back of my 02 RKC. I was worried that it would rub but it didn't. It is close though. It does rub when ever I roll the bike bakwards. When I told the dealer this he gave me a perfectly good explanation of what was happening. Too bad I can't rememver what it was but after 8,000 miles it works fine going forward.
