Yes it is the stock fender and yes it mounted in the stock location with about 3/8 of a inch to spare for clearance.

I think so spent a little over $2700 with rotors, tires, mount and balance, and lyndal racing pads all the way around.

Lower it 1" inch for two reasons I like the slamed look it gives and with the 21" wheel it brings it back to the stock ride height.
