has anyone here had any dealings with harleystarters.com

I bought a starter from them that was supposed to fit my 95 electra glide but it doesn't fit. I'm wondering how much trouble I'm going to have getting my money back from them if I send the starter back to them.

 

assuming you paid by cc just dispute the charges if they refuse to make it right.

"Exchanges are welcome, but must be in new condition and in original packaging. The customer will pay a 20% restocking fee* plus any applicable shipping and handling charges to send the product back. All exchanges or returns require a return authorization number and must be done within 14 days of original purchase date, all returns without a return authorization number will be refused. We are not responsible for purchase of an incorrect part."

Doesnt sound good.
But then again unless you call them you wont find out.
