They are very easy to install, one of the easyest sets i have ever put on actually. I will tell you this the insturctions and pictures suck so basically you wing it but it is easy.
It's a pretty easy install I think. If you're even slightly mechanically inclined it'll be simple. The pictures they include have been recopied so many times that it's practically one big black blur. But I doubt you'll need them. You'll be able to tell what is supposed to go where. The text instructions will walk you though any tough spot. The two challenges I had were removing the stock exhaust ( I tried to cheat and not separate too many pieces.......ain't happening! ). The other was putting on the rear pipe heat shield without the clamps scratching anything. Slow and careful is the key here!
It is so worth the time and effort. You're gonna love the sound!!!

Installation on the custom bagger was a pain in the butt. Had to trim the forward heat shield to clear the brake pedal. Also, had to dimple both mufflers to clear the axle. I'd hope a stock bike install would be easier.
