One reason I do not buy from Harbor Freight is that I know that most of their tools are crap, but I had seen this vacuum/blower in action. You order something, you are anxious to get it, the wrong thing shows up, and then you are told to wait longer, much longer, to get the right item, even though none of this is your fault. I know that everyone makes mistakes, and yes they are trying to make it right, but over 30 days from ordering to receiving the correct item is excessive, unless they told you it was out of stock or on backorder. Thanks for all of the opinons though. That is what is great here.
Hey

[sm=funnypostabove.gif] So that's where my d@mn blower is!!! Leave it to you guys to put a smile on my face!
Sorry you got the wrong part and yes it sucks that it happened at least they are making an effort and probably they should expedite their shipping, you could ask.
I'm lucky my HF is only a half hour away and I will gladly admit that I've spent some serious dough there. Only problem I have ever had, was exchanged with a stop in and that was a heat gun that died after I used the crap out of it.
Everything I have bought was on sale and comparable items, from say Lowes, was more than double the price. And virtually identical except for the stickers or packaging.
Besides, anytime you order from someplace you are at the mercy of the packer, just a fact of life.
Only way to control that is to buy in person.
As far as being"Made in China" everything you buy today is Made in China or some other third world country.
From tools to dog food and most things in between.
