Ahhh, those teenage years... I never ever EVER did anything wrong. No toilet papering houses, no egging, no mailbox baseball. Just me, my kazoo, and Bible study....

WHAT ARE YOU TAKING ANYTHING OFF FOR? IF AS YOU SAY THEY CAUGHT THE OFFENDERS PART OF THE CRIMINAL MISCHIEF CHARGE NEEDS TO BE FINANCIAL RESTITUTION FOR THE DAMAGES INCURRED BY THE VICTIMS. IN NON LEO TERMS MAKE THIER PARENTS PAY FOR NEW PARTS THAT WERE DAMAGED AS A RESULT OF THIER JUVENILES ACTIONS. END OF STORY.. I DO IT ALL THE TIME.

By the way, what I told you guys applies to any Criminal mischief charge whether it be Summary Grade (Citation) or Misdemeanor charge. Thats why its important to call the Police who have jurisdiction where the incident occurs. In the event that at a later datethe offender(s) are caught or identified (and probable cause is established) LEO's can request financial restitution for the victim(s) asdisposition of the court case. Having the offender(s) charged does nothing for damages to the victim(s). Often times these type of incidents have repeat performances especially on weekends and eventually these offenders get caught and admit to past incidents where the dollar amount really gets the parents attention. All of a sudden these kids are not unsupervised at 10 PM anymore when you hit parents in the pocket.

way it was when this happened take parents to court.make them pay. maybe doing this will get their attention
as to where their their kids are and what they are doing.i'm sure after that bill they will get it together.
