I am impressed with mine. Just got it yesterday. Rode it a little last night and put about a hundred miles on it today. It is harder than the stock seat, but I prefer a stiff seat to a soft one. The stock seat was too soft with no support. My wife's stock Sportster seat is absolutely unbearable. The Badlander is nowhere near that thin or hard. I now also sit a good bit lower, which is what I wanted. I rode back up to the dealer and sat on a Street Glide with the stock seat. BIG difference in seating position. Much more comfortable for me. Also, the seat is more narrow and not rolled up on the sides. It is more comfortable with my feet on the floorboards and putting my feet on the ground. The seat looks great also.
I'm not saying it would be geat for actual touring, I plan to get a Mustang seat for that. But for day rides and around town, I think it is a great seat for the price, especially when it is on sale......
Ha...And I thought you were going to say "DONT" But you say "DO"...You are one of the Few...Each to his OWN!!!! You must have one hell of an A$$....Not that I Care mind you!!!! Glad to hear you are happy....Ride On... R.W.
Yeah, that's why I posted this. I was almost talked out of the seat by some of the things I read on here. I'm not the biggest guy(6 ft. 170 lbs) and the seat seems to fit me well.
