Carnation milk (little red and white can) will help with the sunburn. Put it on before you go to bed so it will take the heat out.

Hmmm haven't tried that one. Have some really great stuff I got in Hawaii....it will turn to a sun tan in a couple of days if I use it right. Worked last time.
