$60 at a dealer or $43 or so from a 20% dealer like Zannottis, Chicago HD, etc. or check ebay. It will be an 06 Touring Service Manual which covers all touring models for that year. PN#99483-06

What's wrong with your or another local dealer?
Even if you got it at a discount dealerwith 20% off you would only save like 5 bucks after s & H. It's a short money item ($50 - $60 ?)
Just call and pick one up. No?
