The wife is telling me the rail on the front for the saddle bag rail on either side of my "01 Ultra is hurting the back of her leg. The tour pack has not been moved back. My friend who just purchased an "08 Ultra and has moved his tour pack back 2in. says his wife is complaining of the same thing. Do they make special padding to go around the the rail or should I take some hot water pipe insulation and attach it to the rail.
Thanks.
My wife complained about the same thing on my '03 Ultra.
I adjusted the floor boards up with some success.
