Gotta say sorry up front, but when it comes to these upgrades and stuff I'm lost. I just purchased the fuel-moto pak PClll,K&N ac,rush slip-ons. Question is I hooked up computer to commander and reset throttle to zero was at 6%. OK here it goes, when I start the bike I see nofigures at all on the map screen(it says on bottom no map loaded), just throttle position and fuel change and duty cycle. But it does show my commander number at top. Is there something special I need to do to see figures or does this mean I dont have a map loaded. Honestly I love the sound but I see no improvement in power and performance at all, actually Ithought stock ran much better. Am I missing something? Thank you in advance from a rookie
what year bike is this going on, i had to send mine back to them after it took a sheiit on me while i was tooling around. They are stand up guys and they will hook you up no problem.

Click on "Get Map" and the map loaded on the PCIII should show on the screen. The software can load the PCIII map by default if configured to do so. Open "Environmental Options" and check "Open With Power Commander Map." Performance should be noticeably better.
With PCII connected and software running, click 'get map'
Then when map shows up on screen, and if notes at bottom describe map you ordered for your bike, then click 'send map' and look for map sent screen and click 'ok'.....then do the 'get map' againg and see if it took.
If you don't get what i described above, then call Jamie and he will fix it super fast.
OK thank you guys I will try that, I hear so many good things about the performance of the kit, i just havent noticed it, so i was just worried something was missing. I did try calling and the guy that answered just told me to go to their web page and go through the demonstration clips to help me out. I wasnt real happy, but I'm sure they were busy. The bike is a 07 EGC with 1200 miles on her. Thanks again for your help and hopefully this didnt come across as a bashing toward fuel moto. Just want to make sure everything is working.
