I just installed the Biketronics kit with the sony 820ip and must say its the best thing I've put on the bike yet. The install was a snap, it took longer to disconnect the battery (nice engineneering there) than to install the radio. It sounds way louder and better than stock and the Ipod interface is amazing. I also have the JBL GTO527 speakers, might get the amp to later don'tknow yet, but well worth the money.

Does that Sony model have sat radio? I am looking into upgrading my radio as well and looked at the stuff from biketronics and noticed that it would be a nice clean way to add Sirius to the bike and not loose the handlebar controls, as well as the iPod interface.

Get it going about 70 mph and let me know how it sounds. Also with the Biketronics kit, do you get the radio and speakers? I saw they had kits and was wondering if the speakers and radio were all included.

I have rode it with the stock radio and jbl speakers as they alone are much better than oem. Yes it is sat. ready and plays all kinds of forematted music I looked at the specs before I purchased.

Crutchfeild has specs but I puchased from BT because you get everything to do the install and would rather support Mike than the big box. Yes it should work with your stuff because its plug and play but check withMike.
