Had my tank off and now it is back on. I replaced the fuel line "clip" or "clamp" that secures the hose to the tank. What have yall used to tighten that clip with? I know HD makes a tool for that but hell, there's got to be another way without spending cash on a tool that I'll use once or twice.

 

I just used regular screw-type band-clamps! But, I got them in black, to blend in nicely with the black tank& hoses!

I went with a braided cross over line...didn't have to worry about those clamps

 

I went down to the loacl pep-boys and picked up Fuel Injection hose clamps, they are a smooth band type that won't dig into the rubber hose.
