i have a 2004 ultra and i have bent both the far left and far right controls on handle bar left is audio and right is channel change button
i think they get caught on the lip of the gas nossle when filling up
the button are the chrome [plastic ]ones and are hanging loose
do i just put a dab of crazy glue and jam these buttons back on the arm or do you have a better idea?
thanks Mazz
I don't think I'd use super-glue as it's pretty darn permanent. I'd use a sealant - a silicone sealant, like Permatex clear silicone. That way, if you ever need to remove the buttons, they'll come off (the switches eventually either wear out or will need cleaned).
