go to an air conditioning supply house, They sell a tool called "seamers" ( AKA "nigerlips" ) the place I go to has a black guy behind the counter, thats what he called it.

Take 2 pieces of 2 x 6. Contour one to fit the inside curvature of the fender and one for the outer. bolt of clamp them together. should take out most of the bend and not crack the paint too much. Then put a big Band-Aidon it till winter, or write Ouch!
