V & H exhaust
I have the basic slip-on and the sound is weak to say the least. Question is if I add the head pipes from V&H will it increase the sound any? I took off the wrap on the baffles and that helped some. Thanks for any input.

Boy, I don't know what Vance and Hines you put on, but I put on a pair of V&H Oval slip ons yesterday and all I can say is that they are thunderous. Check for ear wax

Yes indeed GScotty. Well put and my wife hasn't heard 'em yet. What she does love is when we go under an overpass and I rap the throttle. She giggles!!!! So, I'm not too worried about what she'll say

I have the Vance & Hines Basic Slip-ons on my 08 Ultra.. They have a good deep loud rumble. Almost to loud for the wife..I don't think I would want them any louder...
