Default cable lengths

Anyone put highbars on their 03 RK and Barnetts cables? Need cable lengths. Stock clutch will work if routed thru gap by the steering head instead of on the outside of left fork and then under and around, but it is tight. Brake, throttle and idle seem fine but if anyone has this set up and knows for sure the lenghts it would be a big help. THANKS

The '03 FLHR uses a 62.75" cable HD #38667-00 you can replace it with HD #3866-00 which is 64.75" long or 3866-07 which is 65.75" long. yourthrottle cable is 39" long HD #56376-02, you could replace this with a HD #56379-96 which is 43.5". The idle cable is Hd #56362-02 39" long and could be replaced with 56368-96 42.5" long. You should be able to take these part numbers and cross refference them to the cable brand of your choice.
Hope this helps.

I ran stock clutch, brake, throttle cables on my 05 FLHRCI with high bar just fine.

After switching to chubby 513 with same 8.5" rise but wider end-end, i still use back the stock cables just fine.

Hope what i said make you more comfortable now.

I cant really comment on the size you need bacause I don't have those exact bars. I just put new Barnett cables on with my 12" Ape install though and I heard alot of good things about the Barnett cables so that is why I went with them. BUT!!!!!! I have alot of bleading of the lube coming through the brades on the clutch cable. VERY dissapointed since this is the WORSE cable to replace... I havn't called them yet but will this week.
Just wanted to share.

you seem to be very knowledgable on cables - give this a shot if you dont mind - 1998 Road King Police - Fuel Inj. i put beach bars on and can use stock but cables seem very tight. want to go extended if possible. every site i explore doesnt show the 98 as injected. only show FLHRCI. what is the difference on the classic - 2 harley shops gave me different numbers on throttle , clutch, and idle. if i have actual stock numbers i may can cross reff and order extended ones. any help is appreciated. thanks
