I currently have an Alloy Art stabilizer installed on my SG and have been thinking of changing to a Ride-Str8 model. I contacted Dan at R/S and tried to get a discount since his competition was offering one. He said, "no problem, I'll see what I can work up and shoot you an email."
Below is the email that was sent to me regarding the discount. I realize a good number of members have already invested in the TWR but if there are any interested parties looking to get a Ride-Str8 we may be able to capitalize on his deal. I'm in for one.

It really makes that much difference on a 07?
I may have to make the deal.
I paid $460 for my Ride-Str8 last summer and I consider the money well-spent. If you don't have one I would jump at the chance to get either it or the TWR at such a good price.
I bought the TWR with the group purchase, very pleased with the difference in handling. I never had felt the wobble, but the bike is much more stable now at high speeds. These two units are very much alike. I recommend getting one. Either one.
