You don't say if your scoot is an 06 or not. But if it is an 06...

Start with the new HD download coming out and the 25 degree Fuel Injectors per HD Service Bulletin M1185. (Should be covered under warranty)

Then shop around for a PC III. I got a new one on eBay for $279 pre-mapped with a two year warranty and installed it myself.

When I get a thousand on it this Spring I will have it dynoed and fine tuned.

This is exactly what I'm doing. Another note is that the PC III will now come with the upper RPM raised, just like the HD stage 1 CD download does.

I ordered my PCIII from Fuel Moto pre-mapped for my specs and was very pleased. Then about two days later I got the Rev Xtender directly from Dyno Jet to up my revs to 6200 RPM just like the HD remap does. It took all of about two minutes to do. Very easy and simple.
