Have you contacted Zippers? They should be able to set you up with the right map for your setup. They were able to help me out with my bike.It doesn't sound like you have a very complicated setup, and they should have a map for your setup. As far as "learning" it take a couple of long rides. I have a few on my bike and it has finally started to improve. I have gone from 38 to 43 in about 200 miles on the bike. Give it time to ride, and remember it can only learn in the conditions you actually drive in. So if you get on it oly now it then, it will take longer to learn in the condition. Give it time. I am very happy for my TMax. Good luck.
well just today i adjusted my afr map and turned the auto tune portion off it looks like i might actually get 50 mpg, but she is running hotter, if you got to tmax web site and read their manual it will help out alot, i spent about a week reading it over and over and makingmental notes. keep in mind if you have a lap top you can ride and tune every so often, as i said before i dont use the auto tune portion but i do run in closed loop. also watch the head temps.
