At 5'4" I'd get a custom seat by Lepera nr Corbin to make it as narrow as possible for you and sit you as low as possible. The Street glide already has 1" shorter shocks compared to the Ultra, Classic or Standard.

For 2 up riding, there is no comparison, the Street Glide will definitly work better for short or long hauls to up compared to a night train.

Fladers , HD and Wild ones all offer Handel bars that have more pull back, so that will help you handle it. The Street glide will turn quicker and be easier to handel at parking lot speeds compared to the night train as well.

I know I will get some slack for this info. I have no personal experience on either bike, but I spent over 2 years on my fatboy riding 2 up a lot. My fatboy has a very similar suspension to the night train. I love my fatboy, but for long haul trips after loading her down, it was not the best ride. I am a big guy about 240 and my gf is about med. We got the Ultra and she is much happier. We do all of our 2 up on the ultra and I ride the fatboy solo. Our ultra has a similar suspension to the street glide. The SG has the lowered shocks which does compromise the ride a little, but you will find much info here about upgrading those shocks. It all really depends on what type of riding you will be doing and of course your personal taste. I highly suggest a demo ride on each bike. This is a lot of $ and a big decision. You need to ride both!

If you ride two up frequently and do long rides, StreetGlide without question is the best choice between those two bikes. I have the RK Custom and it is bascically the same bike as the SG. I love the bike on any type of ride, two up or solo.

My friend has the SG and he loves the bike. The only negatives I 've heard from him are that the windshield is a little too short and the stereo is just OK. Obviously, the windshield height is a personal choice and can be changed. Some say who needs music when you ride an HD, and some say ok music is better than no music.

Its a great bike. Had they offered that model in 05', I probably would have bought that instead.
Good luck on your decision.
