Default adding fairing lowers

I just ordered fairing lowers for my street glide.
Wondering how hard they are to install.

Easy...should take no longer than an hour...
just a couple-three bolts on each side and a "bracket" around the engine guard.

an hour? I put mine on and take em off in 10 mijnutes. Get the right tools (extensions/wrenches) and it is a snap

I would say that it took me no longer than about a half an hour to put mine on. Very easy and simple bolt on addition.

jbhawley is correct, shortleg. 2-piece upper part fastens together around the top of the engine guard with two studs and nuts using a 7/16" socket. Lower part of fairing is fastened to bottom of engine guard by a plastic coated metal clamp and a bolt through the fairing and clamp and secured with a 1/2" nut. First side will take longer but both should not take over 30 min. to an hour. I just took mine off for the Summer and had forgotten how much wind they blocked.

1/2 hour is about what it will take.
