Source for Cop Bike Knowledges?
I'm kicking around the idea of going with an off-lease Police RK as a project bike. Don't know very much about the FLHPs, though... anyone reccommend a good website/sites specializing in Harley Police bikes?

Several ex-police bike riders are members here.
Harleypingman, myself and several others can point you in the right direction, as well as the above listed site.
In our opinion, the best bang for yourriding dollars.

There are a lot of police bikes on this forum with guys willing to share their knowledge. You can do a "search" and find plenty of threads on police model specific questions.

Just my $0.02, try for an '07 or newer because they have the 6 speed trans and 103 motor. I have put 12k miles on it and love the bike. I even like the bags with the **** on topand the extra switches on the bars, oh and I like the wheels too. I could do a F. Gump on the good points; oh, did I mention the big windshield?
