I have an 2008 ultra and twice while the cruise control was on the bike automatically accelerated beyond the set point of the cruise control. I talked to my dealer and he hasn't heard of this yet. The bike is in the shop now because the cruise control stopped working. I dont know yet if this will take care of the first problem.
