Has anyone come across a nice bike cover that will work on the road with shorty antennas?
I bought one cover and it doesn't will work well with my Ultra and shorty Ant. I want something for when I'm on the road and want to cover it at night. Figure someone has had to run into this?
I bought a half cover for when I'm on the road. \\; I picked up some plastic grommets \\;and put one in the cover for the antennae. \\; The antenae sticks up through the grommet and the cover fits just fine. \\; My coverf only comes down to the bottom of the faring and the top of the saddlebags but at least the seat is dry in the A.M.
Has anyone come across a nice bike cover that will work on the road with shorty antennas?...
Maybe not what youâre asking but I purchased a UV protective half-cover, re-enforced the antenna areas, then cut small holes allowing long whip antennas to fit through.
I took the easy way out and purchased the HD 1/2 Day Cover that has rubber "star" cutout inserts for both antennas. \\; Long or stubby, either way it works and the straps on the cover hold it down very well.....if you don't mind the $85.00 price.

I have the Exigent cover for my 08 Ultra and it works great. Waterproof, light weight and folds up small into it's own pouch. www.exigentbikecovers.com
