ROAD GLIDE OWNERS ,,,
Has anyone removed or replaced the emblem on rear fender that holds the brace on, inside the rear fender? IF so with WHAT>\\; \\; TKS<\\; I'd love to remove it, or replace with something more attractive, if poss.

Came right off with a heat gun and a credit card. \\; Odered an emblem to replace it , but emblem would not bend to fit fender, \\; Back on for now.

I did the full streetglide rear end treatment \\;on my roadglide. \\; The parts list I had included a round black disk to replace the roadglide emblem. \\; 99% of it is hidden behind the license plate. \\; If I had not relocated the plate to below the stoplight, I don\\;t think I would have used the disk as an option.

Best option is what a buddy of mine did recently... fill it in and repaint the fender... THAT is the right way to fix it.

btw, hair dryer and 2 popsicle sticks with their ends shaved to a taper took mine off without any damage to the paint.
