Default Crappy Customer relations...Again!!

At bike week in Myrtle BEach SC I ordered a "stock" seat for my 08 Street Glide. A Young Guns model. Stock seat is the key here. The gentleman at the trailer had one in the trailer. Brand new. He mounted it on the bike, I sat on it and it felt good I will admit. Under further examination I noticed some of the stitching was coming out on the side. He said it didn't matter because it was double stitched and I had a year warranty as well and if it came out I could send it back. I was very close to saying okay when my good friend standing at the back of my bike said wait a minute take a look at this. The stripe down the middle was so crooked it was a shame. I looked at three similar seats there for different model bike but similar seats with the same stripe down the middle (it can be ordered with different materials in it) and they were all as crooked as can be. His explanation was that they are all hand made and some times that happens. I ordered a seat but had him put on the order center stripe must be straight. I have seen several of these since then ... all crooked. Even the one on the website is crooked for God sake. My friend ordered his seat for a SE Electra Glide in early March. He got it last Friday .... Damaged. It was about 14 weeks. He called to report it and they said keep it till winter time when turn around time will be 2 weeks instead of sending it back now and it will be 4 weeks. I called today to cancel mine... remember stock seat....I can't cancel. Once it's ordered it's a done deal .. You own it. I had trouble with Corbin years ago...I thought maybe things got better. I guess not. They hadn't even shipped my "stock seat" out yet and I was told 'NO" you can't cancel. You guys might want to keep and eye out for a new Corbin to be for sale soon. Brand new in the box... I'll let you know!!!!!!!!!!!

Contact Sergio - or if it comes in defective, return it and dispute the charge on your credit card.&nbsp\\; Make SURE and take detailed pictures of the defects just in case.

Overdoo...no one can say you can't cancel unless you've signed something that says you can't or you acknowledge it online with your sig.&nbsp\\; Tell them to not send it...write a certified letter to that effect.&nbsp\\; Let them know in the letter you have cancelled your order and disputed this thru the credit card company.&nbsp\\; I don't think they'll want to send if they aren't gonna get paid...if they do send it after you've disputed and you've received your money back...they are supposed to pay shipping.&nbsp\\; Just check your rights on thins matter and make sure what you've agreed too.&nbsp\\; Mike

Under members type in Corbin- 3 will pop up I think the one that is just - Corbin is Sergio email and PM. I've got one into him right know over mounting bracket for a fairing for my 96 RK. He's been a straight shooter. He's in the Florida office. The rest of them suck.

We sell quite a bit of Corbin stuff, any time we had an issue, and we have a few over the years, they handled it.The Florida shop does seem to be on top of things. Good Luck

If you haven't received the merchandise, call your card company and dispute it.

Why did you order it if you saw many others with crooked stripe and poor quality.
