I just put on my Sundowner Solo on my Rk. What do you guys put between the fender and the seat bracket. I hate the plastic washers showing and I don't want to put it right against the fender.
I have a Mustang Solo, but had the same problem. I just went to the parts counter and asked what they had to cover that plastic washer and they had about 3 different setups. I chose one with a chrome hex bolt, kind of cylindrical (spelling?) in shape and a matching chrome washer that went on top of the black plastic washer. No more black washer visible now!
skos,
I'm talking about the back of the solo seat. The chrome bracket that fits over the two threads. What do you put between that bracket and the fender?
I have a fender bib. Help stop scratches on the back fender too.
I think mine is from Mustang. I don't have a decent pic of just the back fender. If I have a chance later I'll take one and post it.
