I bought a new set of docking hardware for my passenger backrest, I need to get in the garage and work on this, BUT I don't know how the bags come off my 2007 Road King, I would be very appreciative if someone could give me the run down of the easiest way to take them off.. I appreciate it.. Thanks guys.

OK, let me get this straight, You can't figure out how to get the bags off and you are gonna install the quick release hardware yourself? The instructions that come with the docking kit won't be any help at all, a detriment actually so good luck! \\; better get your wife to help you....

+1 I didn't want to say it, but since you did ......... start by reading at least the owner's manual, then consider the Harley bible, er, service manual. \\; What these guys are tryin to tell you is if you couldn't figure out how to get the bags off by lookin' at 'em, you are going to have a great time with the detachable kit, especially when you wonder why all the hardware is left over. \\;  \\; There is a post on here with pics of how to do the docking hardware, I highly suggest you search it out ........ Good Luck!
