Default Thumb Screw...

My thumb screw is acting like it is stripped. Is this a common problem? I don't use it often, but I still want it operational. Has this happened to you?

what is it doing or not doing? When you tighten it down can you still twist the throttle or does it hold? I have 26k on my bike and use&nbsp\\;the thumb screw a bit with no issues.&nbsp\\;

Haven't had any problems with mine, and I've got about 62,000 miles on it.&nbsp\\; Only use it on long stretches though, so it either on for along time or just off.&nbsp\\; Not much real on and off use. &nbsp\\;

It doesn't tighten down on the throttle. It's still under warranty so I guess I'll just take it back up there to get it fixed. Thanks for your reply.
