Rebuilding my bike after an accident, and wondering what it looks like to have the inner fairing colormatched instead of the regular black plastic one. My bike is BlackPearl. Anyone seen one like that color matched?

Interested in pics if anyone has any.

p.s. bike is an 08 ultra classic.
Just look at some of the posts on this forum. \\; It looks stunning! \\; Do it! \\; Just put the Dead Center Fairing on my Road King with matched paint. \\; No photos yet, as the flames are being added as we speak. \\; No regrets, go with the color matched option, you won't be disappointed. \\; CCRyder
i painted mine there is a old post " painted faring" about a month ago it was the best
upgrade for buck there is looks awesome i bouht the paint from color rite .com they
have all the color in cans qt\\;s or gallons i used spay can for mine how ever you do or
have the painter do it good luck safe riding
I have an 07 SG, just installed the inerfairing, wow. It is so much easier to clean, no smudging, just dust it off. The only problem is the price if you buy the HD already painted. Sound like if you " got a guy" to paint your dash it will be cheaper. Removal and install I had done by " my guy " , all the guages come \\; out to remove an then back in to install, a little over my abilities. The final out come is very nice. \\; I'll see if I can figure out loading pics. \\; enjoy the ride

I agree with most that the color to match is best way to go. But like everyone else some may vary and I respect that. I just can't wait to have it done. I'm going to change the inner fairing when the new one is ready. I see no issues when you mark everything, don't rush and enjoy doing it. This also builds a little more appreciation of the JOB when it's done.
I know that the Flame Blue Pearl will really stand out. Radio already emits blue lighting. Then it will be new led head lights then new gauges or maybe I'll just flip that around. All I can say is it's going to be a fun season.
Did my vivid black SG last winter. My painter matched paint perfectly. $300, including new fender. Gave him big tip. Easily best upgrade available. Wish I'd had him fill holes for mirrors.
