After waiting 2 months (storage) for my bike to be delivered (yesterday) the dumb %#@$'s loaded the bike and put the security fobs in the saddle bags, but do you think someone would have checked to make sure the friggin' keys were in the bags as well......no! It's a 50 minute ride to the dealership, and would you believe the guy that delivered it was on the phone with my salesman and HE asked me if I was going to pick up the keys or if I wanted him to put them in the mail...I told him to drive it to my house himself and bring a a gift card for the aggrevation[:@].......nice bike though

Dam straight I want my keys! I get that mistakes happen but at they offer a little something for your trouble - So - What happened - did they bring them out?
I know MACK, I drove it to the shed where it's gonna spend the next few days getting a minor makeover, and still no keys, they better be in the mailbox by Friday or there will be not nice things said about that dealership on this site...(biting tongue)......no excuse for poor customer service!
