Blue exhaust flame on decel pop?

Blue exhaust flame on decel pop?

If I rev the engine a bit at a standstill, I see a blue flame and pop from exhaust on decel.

What does that mean?

NO IT IS NOT NORMAL. POST IGNITION IS DUE TO RUNNING RICH AND BEING OUT OF TUNE. FIX IT NOW. IF YOU DONT IT WILL FIX ITSELF BY COOKING YOUR PISTONS AND DOING ALL KINDS OF SERIOUS ENGINE DAMAGE TO THE TUNE OF $4,000.00.
