A buddy has the 105 Anni SG and he painted the inner 2 tone with the orange pinstripe. It looks sweet. I'll get a pic next time we ride and post it.

Painted inner fairing
Fire Red Pearl. Ca paint-shop mixed 12 oz aerosal can of base for me. I removed the gauges, masked & painted w/o even removing from bike. Wet sanding & polishing was a bit tedius but, I'm happy with the results for under $100 DIY. Shot my mid-frame heat deflectors while I was at it.

As long as you're happy that's all that counts.
However, Fire red pearl is a Tri-coat color--base coat, tinted clear with the pearl, and top coat. So I'm skeptical that you achieved an excellent color match with everything in a spray can.

Anyone paint the inner fairing? I am trying to locate some pictures but thegallery is less than accomadating. Any pics of the painted fairings would be appreciated. I have the anniversary colors for 08 and havent decided on single color, two tone, black ,copper, pinstriped yada yada yada. looking for ideas
