Thinking about installing the stage one kit with power commander from Fuelmoto. Wondering about how hard and complicated a job it is. I'm pretty handy with tools just don't want to screw up any motor stuff!! I read it's not bad and would like to save the HD store labor costs.

Simple if you don't have ABS, a bit more time-consuming if you do. Don't miss the opportunity to get the Jackpot mufflers and FM AC with the PCIII, as it's a well-designed, inexpensive combo that gives excellent performance and throaty sound without drowning out the radio or pissing off the neighbors.
Man Rickoshay, that is a NICE bike.... I thought you stole the pic of my bike until I saw the luggage rack - and I am doing my Fuelmoto on Wednesday night....

just installed my power commander. the worst was opening the shipping box. my map is off, but Jamie is really knowledgeable and can help in any issues you may have.
Your map may not be off in and of itself. If you have been running with aftermarket mufflers, pipes, or airbox, then your AFVs are what are off. If you have been running that way, you need to reset them (easiest way is to have a dealer do it with their Digital Technician).
I had the same problem after running Rush 2-inch mufflers before installing the PC-III and K&N airbox (both from Fuelmoto). After reseting my AFVs the map was pretty darn close. Before, it was so off that I could not accelerate past 90 in 5th.
