Mine is mounted under the right side cover.&nbsp\\; The ignition box was moved to under the seat.&nbsp\\; My bike is carbed, so the ignition box is small enough to go there.&nbsp\\; It probably wouldn't work with an injected bike....

&nbsp\\;All of the Ulra's have the amp mounted under the TP.&nbsp\\; Because of the wiring, the only other place it can put is in a saddlebag.&nbsp\\; It can be removed completely and the system will work fine.&nbsp\\; The amp is for the 160 watt system.

You can put Hawg Wired in the fairing, remove overlay harness. Ams are digital so little or no heat buildup in fairing. 300 watts sound goooood!

I've got two amps mounted in my fairing and didn't want to have any issues with the quick detach setup. Just unplug the quick disconnect for the rear speakers and take off the tour pak.

there are a number of amps that will fit in the fairing. a hawg wired amp is way to much money for the power it provides. u can do much better cheaper
