I kinda recently had a similar decision, totaled my bike and looked at many rides.

Looked at Harley Touring bikes, but Triumph did get a thought, (as I owned one a few years back), BMW makes some nice rides, and Indian is making a comeback. These were bikes that got at least a little time in my thought process. But, I can't get past the "modern" looks of a Victory, so they never got any further than the initial first look.

In the end, got a Road King, but was at least 95% sure that was going to be my decision before the search started.
Well due to some lower back surgeries I can't ride cruisers anymore (owned 3 Harley's in the past plus 27 other bikes) but still like them and read this forum every day...that said I ride aYamaha FJR now. There are alot of great bikes out there. Wich I had the money and space for all I want!!
