&nbsp\\;For those that asked how I did it.
First I took a plate of thin stainless used my oem insert as a template cut out the new one with a cutting wheel on a 4" grinder.Then I used a belt sander to clean up the edges.For the pic. I cheated and used carbon paper and traced out the image.Then took a dremel tool with a small cutting burr and just followed the lines from the carbon paper.Easy as pie. I was going to sand blast it but cutting the stencil would have sucked and I like the look of the hand carved.The new pic is of my Tattoo.
