The forum is one of several that the owners operate. \\; All of their forums are plagued with this problem. \\; They know the problem is aggravating to the users and would like to eradicate it as soon as possible. \\; Hang in there guys.
The company I work for is heavily dependent on interactive websites.  \\; We needed to do something locally but since corporate ALWAYS knows better, we had to run everything through their web nerds. \\; Six weeks later we were having problems and the corporate nerds were more concerned with denial and CYA than getting the problem fixed. \\; One even said, "well, it's working on MY computer". \\; Finally my local nerdswho were catching all the heat since they were here at ground zerotook the bull by the horns and fixed it locally, bypassing the corporate nerds. \\; A few hours of work and now everything is beautiful. \\; But it took somebody to say, "don't worry about the nerds at the home office, just fix the freakin thing."
Sometimes you just have to get everybody on the same page.

\\; I am a user of HDForums but won't be for much longer. This site has been broken for over a month. We can't post messages, pictures will not display, Personal Messages will not be delivered, and slashes (//) are showing up on the text. I don't know if this site was hacked, or competence is not there to repair it. Honestly, I don't know why INET investors have not picked up on this yet. There are paying sponsors. I have contributed to the forum with a donation and I own INET Shares. Folks are already leaving the forum and going elsewhere becuse it's frustrating to have to deal with these issues day in and day out, with no repair in sight. I will be leaving HDForums soon if this does not get fixed. It's unfair to everyone that contributed to the success of the forum to be subjected to incompetence in repairing the technical isses. Regards, ME

Hello,
The date on my announcement is not correct, and it was posted late last week. \\; The original message was posted on the 5th and then was edited, but we are dealing with the same problems so there hasnt been the need for a status upgrade. \\; We have fixed the posting issues, but the fix failed, although some sites are reporting that they are able to post freely today.

Hi Patrick,
Thanks for the update. You also posted a message about these issues
in the "off-topic" section of HDForums.
The date of your communication was June 5th. There have been no
other status reports since.
I would suggest a global broadcast on status be posted on each and
every topic area so everyone has the latest information.
Regards,
Jim
