Here's the story.

06 Street Glide 95 inch with 251 cams, if that matters. T rex true duals, compression releases.

I was riding home from work today, cruising at 70 mph, all of a sudden both tach and speedo gauges drop to zero, lose all power, luckily I got it over to the side when I got it stopped no power at all, motor was off. Plenty of juice no battery problem. I turned ignition off. Turned ignition back on, pushed compression releases, let EFI cycle and the bike fired right up. Drove away running good. Got about 5 miles from home and it did same thing again, didn't pull over this time, \\;\\\\\\; I opened the throttle a couple of times and it went back up to speed slowly. Any ideas? Thanks \\;\\\\\\; \\;\\\\\\; Scott
I did a search on fuel filter, sounds to me maybe there are tiny pin holes in fuel line inside tank and may have caused this. I called the dealer as soon as I got home. How much are they gonna charge me to fix this I wonder? New fuel filter and fuel line.

Your fuel line might have holes worn into it, who can say? But your story sure has all the earmarks of an electrical glitch.
Exactly. Running out of fuel wouldn't cause the speedo to stop. \\;I've heard that there have been some problems with the breaker. You might check it out.
I checked the battery connections, all are tight. I checked the plug wires as well. I am going to take it in to the dealer tomorrow, hopefully they don't rape me too bad. There are too many things it can be.
