I though it would be better to ask this in this thread.

What material did you make the bracket out of?
Also, which version of Revco Horn did you get, the Harley one?

&nbsp\\;The Freeway Blasters from NAPA works well I purchased the high and low tone, I installed one in the original horn cover and the second one under the LS side cover. Great horns for less than $40.
&nbsp\\;I had some old lady in a Mercedes&nbsp\\;try and run over me last week, those horns definatly woke her up.&nbsp\\;

As long as its over 80 db's.&nbsp\\; I think H-D went over board on EPA emissions standards and not even the stock horn seems to be over 80 db's.&nbsp\\;
&nbsp\\;
Would recommend any actually over 140 or more dbs.&nbsp\\; I've even had air horns that claim to be 139 db's and yes they were a lot louder over the stock horn but still unable to penitrate sound level into truck with windows up, a/c on, radio up, smoking cigs and talking over cell phone all at once.&nbsp\\; Almost need an ultrasonic blast to get someone attention now a days.
&nbsp\\;
good luck with the Freeway Blasters

Don't waste your money on that one. I bought one, it sounds exactly like the stock horn on an '06 and doesn't fit as well under the cowbell. If it's 130 db, I'll eat the package it came in. If anybody wants it, you can have it for the cost of me shipping it to you.
