Save some money
If you want to save some money, just buy the K/N replacement filter for your "08". You don't need the whole kit. Just take the back housing off the bike, drill 1' holes in the horizontal part of the housing about 3/4" apart and you will get plenty of air. Please use paddle bits or forstner bits so you don't break the housing. It looks fine and you still have support for the chrome cover. I got the filter from eastern performance for $64.00. Works great.
